The Australian Computer Society (ACS) and the Council of Australasian University Directors of Information Technology (CAUDIT) have formalised a strategic partnership aimed at fostering stronger engagement between the ICT industry and the higher education sector.
The collaboration underlines a shared commitment to advancing ICT capability in Australia through improved education pathways, enhanced professional development, and a reinforced culture of lifelong learning.
Through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), ACS and CAUDIT aim to deepen two-way engagement and facilitate the sharing of knowledge, expertise, and resources. The partnership also supports ongoing development opportunities for CAUDIT members and promotes broader industry engagement with Australia’s ICT education ecosystem.
With a combined membership encompassing a significant proportion of ICT professionals and educators across the country, ACS and CAUDIT are well-positioned to influence and enhance the national ICT capability now and into the future.
