The State of ICT in 2024: Snapshot presents sector-level observations and key metrics from CAUDIT's 2024 benchmarking dataset, which captures data on ICT investment, staffing, operating models, and service and infrastructure capacity across Australian and Aotearoa New Zealand universities. This year, the Snapshot comprises two infographics:
- Key Insights highlights important patterns and observations from across the dataset.
- Sector Metrics & Indicators presents a series of metrics and performance ratios across key areas including investment, operating models, workforce, and ICT service and infrastructure capacity.
Both infographics are licenced under a Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 4.0 International Licence and may be shared freely. Where they are incorporated into published works, derivative works must be shared under the same licence. Please see the footers for further information on sharing, using and citing the infographics.
