CAUDIT and QCIF Digital Research sign strategic partnership MoU

The Council of Australasian University Directors of Information Technology (CAUDIT) and QCIF Digital Research (opens in new tab) (QCIF) today announced the signing of a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen innovation and digital capability across the higher education and research sectors.  

Building on a shared commitment to advancing data, digital capabilities and research excellence, this MoU will deepen collaboration and knowledge exchange across institutions and bring new initiatives that support universities, research organisations and the broader innovation ecosystem.  

Proactive collaboration to strengthen best practice in ICT   

Through this partnership, CAUDIT and QCIF aim to enhance digital research infrastructure capabilities, improve information technology service delivery, and accelerate innovation across institutions. 

Adjunct Professor Sach Jayasinghe, CEO of QCIF Digital Research, highlighted the value of collaboration in this space:   

“In a rapidly evolving technology environment, partnerships are paramount in effectively meeting the needs of the higher education and research communities. Proactive collaboration in sharing new insights and best practice between CAUDIT and QCIF will only strengthen efforts in achieving our respective missions. I look forward to working with the CAUDIT team and its members”.      

Greg Sawyer, CEO of CAUDIT, welcomed the new partnership and acknowledged the collaborative effort behind the agreement:
